Are you the receptionist and cleaner we are looking for at Gustafsberg’s Seaside Hotel and Hostel in Uddevalla this summer?

Would you enjoy working in a historic setting at Sweden’s oldest seaside resort, surrounded by listed buildings and beautiful scenery right beside the sea?

• Are you friendly, positive and service-minded, and willing to go the extra mile for our guests?
• Are you thorough, responsible, loyal and punctual?
• Can you communicate well in spoken and written Swedish and English, as required in our daily work?
• Would you enjoy working at reception with direct guest contact, handling bookings by telephone, email and in person, as well as check-in, check-out and sales of ice cream and soft drinks?
• Are you willing to learn new things, do you enjoy challenges, work well under pressure and manage several tasks at once?
• Do you enjoy working both as part of a team and independently?
• Do you also enjoy cleaning? The role offers a varied combination of reception duties and cleaning, with the main emphasis on reception work.

We are looking for new colleagues to join our friendly summer team here at Gustafsberg and would be very pleased to welcome more pleasant people to the team.

Our seasonal staff have returned year after year, for around seven years, which is wonderful because they enjoy working here and form a very important part of our operation. Responsible and welcoming staff are essential to keeping everything running smoothly during the summer season.
It is an advantage if you would consider returning in future seasons, although this is not a requirement. We value continuity and aim to maintain a stable summer team.

We offer a varied role with excellent opportunities for development.
There may also be opportunities for continued weekend work after the summer, making the role ideal for students who need extra weekend work after the season.
