New Pumping Station at Gustafsberg
Västvatten recently completed a new above-ground structure for the pumping station at Gustafsberg, opposite the well-known hostel and former hot-bath house. The old station was recessed below ground and concealed by a concrete ring with an electrical cabinet on top, making inspection and maintenance both difficult and less safe. The new solution provides staff with a better and safer working environment. The County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland has approved the project.
