Snäckan Serves a Grand Herring Buffet
Snäckan serves a GRAND HERRING BUFFET from Wednesday to Friday, from 26 November through 19 December. The buffet includes eight varieties of herring, sour cream, boiled potatoes, chopped eggs, chopped onion, gubbröra egg and anchovy salad, cold-smoked salmon, mustard and dill sauce, matjes herring tart, croustades with prawn salad, homemade Christmas bread, crispbread, Christmas cheese, whipped butter, gingerbread biscuits, panna cotta and coffee or tea.
